30-Day Return Policy

At FamZone, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Please contact our customer support team before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Personal care products
  • Beauty products
  • Health-related items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

If approved, we will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.


Change of Mind

If you simply changed your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return within 30 days.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The item must be unused and in resalable condition.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.


 

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order as quickly as possible, shipping times may occasionally be affected by weather, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping delays alone do not qualify for a refund while the package remains in transit.


Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
