30-Day Return Policy

At FamZone, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
  • Returns must be authorized by our customer support team before being shipped back. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement for a full refund.

After the 1-hour cancellation window has passed, your order may already be in processing or fulfillment and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation. If the order has already shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return once opened, used, or where applicable:

  • Personal care products
  • Beauty products
  • Health-related items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance, final sale, or non-returnable items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

If approved, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.


Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • The item must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee and/or return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund, where applicable.
  • Any applicable fees will be disclosed during the return authorization process.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Any applicable restocking or return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order as quickly as possible, shipping times may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping delays alone do not qualify for a refund while a package remains in transit.


Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
